How to pay
For international customers we accept payments by card only via secure payment gateway Gopay.com. All orders are not put into the production until fully paid.
Delivery time
All products are made on custom order and we aim to deliver within 4 weeks from accepting payment and all details of the order (i.e. including details of embossing, logos, graphical files.) Delivery time may alter according to peaks in production, availability of materials or technological breaks and holidays. If you need the product to be delivered exactly on certain date, please let us know, we will do our best to make it. To make your product faster than in standard 4 weeks is possible, express delivery charges may apply. In some cases the express delivery is not possible due to technology or production reasons.
