Communism collapsed. Freedom arrived! People are allowed to start their own business. Roman Tlusty, 23 that time applies for a small business license among first people in the country. He comes to the capital city of Prague from the mountains and start to work as a Costume assistant in National Theatre. In former president's Vaclav Havel house at the bank of Vltava river he starts to transfer the cellar into a shoe repair workshop. It all starts!
