Roman Tlusty starts his life journey to become a shoemaker in an Shoemaking institute in Pilsen in 1981. That time there is deep tough communism, no private businesses, and no hope for people. It is the time of Cold War, and the only vision for a young man is to finish school and work for one state owned company whole life. However the passion for leathercrafting and life journey is set here and now. This year was chosen as a original start of Tlusty & Co.
